Hearts and Hands launched in Feb 2025
with the mission is to unite Freshman girls and their moms
in purposeful service to bring love, care,
and positive change to our community.
Now as we kick-off the start of Junior year,
through dedicated service and heartfelt actions,
Hearts and Hands has grown to 50 volunteers!
Together we have supported 15 local non-profits, organizations and agencies by spreading the spirit of service with over 400 volunteer hours to create change across our community.
Join us in spreading kindness and making a difference.
Welcome Back!
Our theme for
Junior year is RIPPLE:
Small Acts, Lasting Impact.
To kick off the year, please join us in creating
back-to-school backpacks
for siblings of seriously ill children through
There with Care.
Our goal is to collect and fill 35 backpacks with requested school supplies to help start the school year off feeling prepared and supported.
One backpack. One family.
One small impact that can make a lasting impact.

Holiday 2025 - Help Spread Cheer
As we head into the holiday season, we're inviting families to join us in an Adopt-a-Family program to help bring a little extra joy to foster youth and families this season. We're partnering with the Bill Wilson Center (we made 50 blankets for them last May) which supports more than 3000 families across the Bay Area. Our goal is to support 30 families identified by Santa Clara social workers with the most pressing needs to help create some holiday joy.
